The main activity of the Partnership is the production and supply of barite concentrate. The partnership has been successfully supplying barite concentrate for more than 9 years, focused on the domestic and international market. The company's laboratory carries out full quality control of the raw materials used for the production, as well as control of the parameters of finished products for compliance with international standards and technical requirements.

The main goal that our experts are guided by is to fully comply with the customer's requirements, regularly increasing the level of safety and labor protection at the facility, as well as the quality of products.
How we are working
Mining
The ore mining process is carried out by the open pit method, drilling and blasting operations, primary cleaning and large crushing of ore are carried out in the quarry using a SANDVIK crushing complex with a capacity of 300 tons / hour, which allows the Partnership to prepare the required amount of ore in the shortest possible time according to customer requests.
Enrichment
Further, the ore is transported to the processing plant located in the city of Karazhal, where, after fine crushing on a cone crusher by SANDVIK, it is sent to the processing complex. At each stage of crushing, laboratory analysis of products is carried out to control and comply with both ore and barite concentrate in accordance with international quality requirements.
Packaging
Packaging-barite concentrate is Packed in special "big bag" bags with an internal polyethylene gasket to prevent moisture ingress and loss of product quality. This packaging is characterized by strength, durability and is not subject to rotting processes, which allows customers to carry out long-term storage of the product in their warehouses. At the request of customers, barite concentrate can be Packed in both 1 ton big Bags and 1.5 tons.
Delivery
The factory is located near the Karazhal station, with a railway adjoining the factory. a dead end with a capacity of 60 wagons, which allows the Partnership to carry out prompt shipment of wagons in the shortest possible time. Factory location and new railway introduction roads in the direction of Aktau-port with the possibility of entering the international markets of neighboring countries, through the Caspian Sea, allow reducing logistics costs and delivery times.
