The Partnership’s core business is the production and supply of barite concentrate. The Partnership successfully delivers barite concentrate to both domestic and international markets. The company’s laboratory provides comprehensive quality control of the raw materials used in production, as well as verification of finished product parameters for compliance with international standards and technical requirements.

We develop the Kentobe deposit in Kazakhstan and supply barite to the oil and gas industry: mining, primary processing, quality control and logistics under one roof.

Ore extraction is carried out by open-pit mining with drilling and blasting. Primary cleaning and coarse crushing are performed at the quarry using a SANDVIK crushing complex with a capacity of 300 t/h, which enables the Partnership to stockpile the required quantity of ore in the shortest time according to customer orders.
The ore is then transported to the processing plant located in Karazhal, where—after fine crushing in a SANDVIK cone crusher—it enters the beneficiation complex. At each crushing stage, laboratory analyses are performed to monitor and ensure that both the ore and the barite concentrate meet international quality requirements.
Packaging — the barite concentrate is packed in special big bags (FIBCs) with an inner polyethylene liner to prevent moisture ingress and preserve product quality. This packaging is strong, durable, and resistant to decay, allowing customers to store the product in their warehouses for extended periods. The barite concentrate is packed in 1-ton (1,000 kg) big bags.
The plant is located near Karazhal station and has an adjacent rail spur with a capacity of 60 railcars, enabling rapid rail shipments in the shortest possible time. Its location—together with the launch of a new railway line toward Aktau Port, providing access to neighboring countries’ international markets via the Caspian Sea—helps reduce logistics costs and delivery times.
