1. General provisions

This Policy sets out how personal data of users of mtbarite.kz (the “Website”) is processed and protected.

The personal data operator is BERTYS CONSTRUCTION LLP, BIN 041240007836, address: 4 Dostyk St., non-residential premises 1, Nura district, Astana, 010000, Republic of Kazakhstan, e-mail: info@mtbarite.kz (the “Operator”).

This Policy has been prepared in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V of 21 May 2013 “On Personal Data and Their Protection”.

2. Data we process

• data you enter in the forms on the Website: name, company name, phone number, e-mail address, details of your request (product type and volume, delivery region);
• technical data about your visit: IP address, browser and device information, cookies, pages visited and time of visit.

3. Purposes of processing

• handling requests and contacting you, including call-backs;
• preparing commercial offers, concluding and performing contracts;
• analysing Website traffic and improving the Website.

By submitting a form on the Website you consent to the collection and processing of the personal data provided for the purposes listed in Section 3. By continuing to use the Website you agree to the use of cookies.

The Operator does not sell or disclose personal data to third parties, except:

• service providers that operate the Website: hosting, e-mail and the Google Analytics web analytics service. Analytics data may be processed on servers outside the Republic of Kazakhstan;
